48TH Annual Sandcastle and Sculpture Contest

Hundreds of spectators and 52 contestants come out every year to participate in this classic summer event: the Annual Sandcastle and Sculpture Contest hosted by the Nantucket Island School of Design and the Arts. The event at Jetties Beach will celebrate its 48th year! It is always a delightful family oriented event and the weather co-operated with sunny skies and a lovely breeze.
