For only $28 per person ($25 ticket + $3 service fee), immerse yourself in an evening dedicated to original short films that capture the spirit of Nantucket. Each film runs between 2 to 10 minutes and offers a unique glimpse into the creativity of our local filmmakers.

Celebrating Local Filmmaking and Community Arts

Founded in 2013 by five passionate Nantucket artists, the Nantucket Shorts Festival is more than a film festival—it’s a celebration of community and artistic expression. Our mission is to support and encourage both amateur and professional filmmakers on Nantucket.

A carefully selected jury reviews all film submissions. The top entries are then showcased on the big screen at the Dreamland Theater, offering an evening filled with entertainment and inspiration that you won’t want to miss.
