Participants learn tangible methods for cultivating new relationships with natural systems through sensory awareness, movement, contemplation, and creative expression.

These hands-on experiences provide practical tools for continuing ecological awakening beyond the program while demonstrating how embodied intelligence creates pathways toward more meaningful and sustainable ways of living.
