Amateur Radio at Sankaty Light

Come to Sankaty Light to see Nantucket ham radio operators on the air with other lighthouses across the country and around the world.  See how ham radio works. Listen to other stations and get on the air yourself.  Kids will get their own Morse Code cards, and then spell out and hear their names in code.  Come learn about ham radio, the world’s first social medium!  Learn how to become a ham.
