Exploring with iNaturalist

In our Community Science Workshop Series, we learn by doing! You can help collect data used by researchers locally and around the world.

The featured Community Science project for March is iNaturalist, a free app and website where you can record observations you make in nature. iNaturalist’s intelligent software helps you identify what you’re seeing in nature and connects you to other naturalists (professionals and hobbyists alike!) who can aid in identification. Join us for a virtual workshop to learn how to use this tool!

Virtual workshop attendees will have the opportunity to attend an optional in-person field trip to test out their new iNaturalist skills.

This workshop is free and open to all, no experience necessary. Registration is required here.
