Freezin’ for a Reason at the Cold Turkey Plunge

Nantucket Atheneum Cold Turkey Plunge is an annual festive fundraiser that provides the monies necessary for Weezie Library for Children to offer free, year-round access to programs, services, & materials to all library users.  Join Atheneum staff & hundreds of plungers on Children’s Beach to watch this year’s Plunge.  Plungers will run into the water at 10 am: arrive well before 10 am or you’ll miss the event!  Free coffee, hot chocolate, & treats for Plungers, while they last!  Donations will be gratefully accepted at the event.  INSIDERS TIP: Parking is extremely limited at Children’s Beach, so park a block or two away & walk to the beach.  Follow the event @ #PlungeDayYourWay!
