Lecture: When the Seals Returned: Book Talk and Panel Discussion

Join Alix Morris, science journalist and author of A Year with the Seals, Andrea Bogomolni, community scientist and chair of the Northwest Atlantic Seal Research Consortium, and Pam Murphy, executive director of Marine Mammal Alliance Nantucket for a discussion about the decline and recovery of gray and harbor seal populations in the Northwest Atlantic and the impacts on coastal communities, including here in Nantucket.

The event will feature presentations by each of the speakers, a panel discussion, and an audience Q&A. Signed books will be available for purchase following the lecture.
