Yin Yoga with Chip Davis
Yin Yoga classes balance and ground the Qi, or life force energy, within the body by focusing on the breath while holding floor postures for longer periods of time. Yin postures create health and healing in the connective tissues of the body- the ligaments, tendons, and fascia- and complement a host of other physical practices and sports, including, but not limited to, Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga, running, biking, swimming, surfing, tennis, golf, and strength training.
