NiSHA’s HEArt Project Reception

The closing reception and celebration of NiSHA’s HEArt Project exhibition!

The Humane Education in Art Project is a summer program of Nantucket Safe Harbor for Animals. The program involves kids from area schools and camps, as well as individuals, who create an animal-themed piece of art. The exhibition culminates in a public reception outside at the Weezie Library. Project subjects range from the importance of clean oceans to animals in captivity to empathy towards all creatures.
