Pride Youth Film Festival
In collaboration with Nantucket Pride, Inc. and Wicked Queer Film Festival will help to kick of the Pride season on the island with a selection of short films celebrating diversity of experiences and identities of the LGBTQIA+ community with a brief intermission followed by an introduction to The Future Perfect Project. This event is for teens (ages 14+) and all are welcome.
Forza, Rea!
In a hill-side village in Ticino, Rea wants to deliver a love letter to her crush. With her roller skates on, she rolls her way to her house. Before she can deliver the letter, however, it flies away downhill through the town. Rea embarks on a breakneck tumble through the village to catch the letter, dodging countless obstacles on the bumpy terrain of the old town streets, before finally delivering the letter.
The Prince’s Dilemma
The film follows Prince Philip, who longing to be with a prince of his own, must decide to follow the traditional tale expected of him or forge his own happily ever after.

In a seemingly fateful chain of events, an off-broadway solo-show becomes an Academy Award-winning film that ultimately inspires The Trevor Project, the largest suicide prevention lifeline for LGBTQIA+ youth. Now, 25 years later, countless lives have been saved, and Celeste stays the course, inspiring the next generation to have the bravery to claim their truth and continue to change the world, one story at a time.
