Join this 45-minute teen yoga class to chill out and get in tune with your body. Participants will learn mindful movement strategies to stretch and strengthen muscles as well as calming mindfulness and observation strategies to reduce stress and connect to joy. No experience needed.
Please wear clothing you can move around in, and don’t forget your water! Bring your own mat or use one of ours.
