The Academy Party

This is our sixth annual summer event, and one and only fundraiser, featuring Elin Hilderbrand. The evening begins with a cocktail hour followed by a “Read the Runway” Fashion show featuring “back to school” looks from Nantucket Island boutiques as well as the models’ favorite books from their school days. The night continues with a live auction of exclusive Elin prizes (plus the chance to win advanced copies of The Thoroughbreds, the anticipated sequel to The Academy). Enjoy a lively conversation between Elin and her daughter and co-author Shelby Cunningham all hosted by Tim Ehrenberg of Tim Talks Books. Food and drink inspired by the novel and dancing in the ballroom to end the evening. You’ll feel like a student at Tiffin Academy!

All proceeds benefit the year-round work of the Nantucket Book Foundation and their main event: the Nantucket Book Festival.
