Weekly Mindfulness Meditation Class
Learn foundational skills to develop a regular mindfulness meditation practice. Each week will introduce tools and resources for you to practice on the cushion and in daily life. During this 45 minute class we will have a brief discussion on the daily topic, a guided meditation followed by a gently supported open meditation period to practice your new skills. $15 (free to Lavender Farm Wellness Members).
